Miracle!
"I wanted to let you know that Kim Copeland and PMI pulled off a miracle a few days ago. The client, Forma Furniture, decided on February 20th that it would be good to promote their sale taking place on March 9th! They gave me artwork on the 23rd, the same day it got to your graphics people. Your graphics people turned it around and gave me a proof the next business day, February 27th. The client approved the proof with a minor change and I got a second proof the same day February 28th. It went to print and left your facility bound for Northern Colorado on March 1st. Kim sent the extra postcards and I got them Friday March 2nd. People started to report thre postcards' arrival in their mailboxes on Monday March 5th.
The clients were extrememly pleased with the turnout for their March 9th sale. "It was crazy busy", they remarked."We'll do this again!" This was a first-time mailing for the customer, and I'm grateful to Kim for helping me make this first attempt go so smoothly. She kept me informed every step of the way, and maintained a confident and friendly demeanor throughout. This was a remarkable turn-around and I'm happy I gave this task to PMI.
